HijabiMall is a curated multi-vendor marketplace offering modest fashion and lifestyle services. These terms govern your participation as a vendor on our platform.
• Vendors must apply through HijabiMall’s registration portal.
• Only vendors selling physical clothing items or modest lifestyle services may register.
• Vendors must receive brand approval before uploading products.
• Each product must be submitted for individual approval before publication.
• All products and models must comply with Islamic hijab standards. Inappropriate or non-compliant images are subject to disapproval or removal.
• Vendors must upload high-quality images and accurate product descriptions.
By uploading products, images, and content to HijabiMall, vendors grant HijabiMall the right to:
• Use and display the content on its website and marketing channels.
• Modify or repurpose content for promotional use on social media, email campaigns, and site features.
This usage is solely for the promotion of the vendor’s products and the HijabiMall platform.
• HijabiMall will handle shipping on behalf of vendors through third-party logistics providers.
• Vendors are responsible for timely order updates and packaging quality.
• Each vendor is responsible for setting and displaying their own refund and return policies.
• Vendors must handle return-related inquiries in compliance with their published policies.
• All communication with customers must be conducted within the HijabiMall platform.
• Direct contact outside of the platform is not permitted.
• HijabiMall may offer free promotional features for sellers at its discretion.
• Advanced promotion packages and custom campaigns may be available for an additional fee.
• HijabiMall reserves the right to warn, suspend, or terminate vendor accounts for:
• Repeated complaints or violations
• Failure to comply with modesty standards
• Misuse of the platform or low-quality listings
• Vendors will be notified of issues and asked to respond before any final action is taken.
11. Legal Jurisdiction
• These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• Any disputes will be settled in the applicable courts of Cairo, Egypt.
By completing your registration, you agree to be bound by these terms while operating on HijabiMall.
